Stonewood Creek Model Opening to Feature Food from Varsity Drive-In

Most people raised in the Metro Atlanta area are aware that the words “What’ll ya have?” are synonymous with the famed Varsity Drive-In, the scene of many a pleasant dining experience. Those persons who choose to visit the model home Grand Opening on Saturday, June 30, at Stonewood Creek can revisit that experience, as the food will be catered by The Varsity. Food being served from noon until 2 p.m. that day from The Varsity catering truck will be cooked fresh on the spot and will include the hot dogs, hamburgers, fries, and onion rings served at The Varsity’s drive-in locations.

The celebration, which will include a ribbon cutting, is being held in observance of the Grand Opening of the decorated model home in Brayson Homes’ Stonewood Creek community, which is located off Highway 92 South and has convenient access to both Highway 41 and I-75. Brayson Homes is one of the Atlanta area’s most active home builders, and Stonewood Creek is its second community in the Paulding County market. The community, which will have a small town feel with big city convenience, will have 222 homes. Homes in the community have prices beginning in the mid $200,000s, and two contracts were written during the first week after sales opened.

Amenities within the community include a swimming pool with a water feature, a cabana with an outside fireplace, a playground, and lighted tennis courts. More information about Stonewood Creek can be obtained by calling Holly Slaton, the on-site new home advisor, at (770) 975-9704.
