Don’t miss the second annual Old Fourth Ward Arts Festival this weekend, a two-day celebration of community and tradition that’s presented by the Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces. Held Saturday, June 28 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Sunday, June 29 from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m., the event is a major celebration of the arts that also honors the rich history of the local community.
The Old Fourth Ward Arts Festival offers something for everyone, including fine arts and crafts, children’s play area, local food and beverage concessions and live acoustic entertainment. In addition, this year’s festival will include a new “Emerging Artists” pavilion that is specifically for new artists and artisans.
The Old Fourth Ward Arts Festival is being held at Historic Fourth Ward Park, which is located at 592 N. Angier Ave. in Atlanta. For more information on the festival, visit www.oldfourthwardparkartsfestival.com.
