The Fourth of July is a holiday based around celebrating freedom with family and friends. Jim Chapman Communities has the perfect place for you to do just that! Brookhaven at Sugarloaf in Duluth is a spectacular community that is bursting with excitement over the construction of new homes.
The desirable active adult community features two and three bedroom floor plans and all-brick and stone construction with inviting front porches. The homes are roomy and provide vaulted ceilings and oversized master suites.
Currently under construction is a beautiful three bedroom and three full bath condominium. Priced at $256,900, home site 2003 features the popular Abbey floor plan, which has three finished bonus rooms over a two car garage and full screened in patio. Homeowners will be able to select their dream carpet, cabinets and hardwood floors.
Along with the construction of the Abbey floor plan is the builder’s most popular Westminister Supermaster II plan. Priced at $286,000 with three bedrooms and three full baths, this gorgeous home provides an open floor plan with master suite and a spa bathroom, sunroom, breakfast nook, 16-foot ceiling and cherry gourmet cabinets. The Nottaway Hickory hand scraped dark hardwood floors in the living area are immaculate, and the stainless steel whirlpool appliances provide homeowner’s with the top luxury appliance items on the market.
