Southern Creek Development Breaks Ground at The Enclave at Lenox Valley

Southern Creek Development is pleased to announce that it recently broke ground on The Enclave at Lenox Valley, its newest Buckhead development.  Located in the upscale Pine Hills neighborhood, the intimate community will feature just 10 homes starting at $1.2 million.  Trisyn Homes and Cottage Properties have committed to build the majority of the homes within the community, though a couple of the sites are still available for purchase.  For every home that closes in 2007, Trisyn Homes has committed to donate $500 to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
