Something To Think About…

Is Online Lead Generation Becoming Dead Shark?

Property experts believe that Realestate.com’s pullout from the lead generation arena underscores the fact that real estate Web sites are designed with a focus on the consumer experience rather than on building lasting customer relationships. They note that consumers are looking for the most reliable information, access to helpful resources, and advice from a professional they can trust. However, they are not willing to key in personal information on the Web.

Experts believe real estate sites should take a cue from social networking sites, which provide a space for people to converse while remaining anonymous. (Such as your leading Atlanta real estate news blog.) Once this happens, they believe real estate sites will have the ability to foster business relationships and create “truly qualified leads.”
