Soleil Laurel Canyon Seeing Increase in Sales

As the stock market climbs toward five digits and overall home sales inch upward in Atlanta, the Sales Gallery at Soleil Laurel Canyon, an active adult community north of Atlanta, is seeing increased activity as well.

In recent weeks, Soleil, a 330-acre gated community in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains, has signed contracts for four homes to be built, and has three existing homes under contract, two of which are set to close this month. Several more contracts are expected to be finalized in the next few weeks, and response from the development’s participation in the September Live South Home Show in New York has been strong.

With the current economic situation being described as a jobless recovery, it’s not surprising that retirees would be one of the first demographics to benefit.

The Sales Gallery has seen both an interest in existing new homes, several of which are just under 2,000 square feet and listed in the mid-$200s, as well as in new construction where houses range up to 2,800 square feet.
