RealtyJoin – A New Real Estate Social Networking Site

Some of the leading real estate gurus in the country have teamed up with a group of the top software developers and Web designers in Silicon Valley and are launching RealtyJoin, a social networking site for the real estate industry.

The real estate industry is one of the most interdependent industries today. If you want to be a successful real estate investor, you will need good property sources. Investors also need great team members like plumbers, real estate agents, electricians, home inspectors, and mortgage brokers. If you are a vendor – a real estate agent, appraiser, electrician, general contractor, foreclosure service, etc. – you need to be able to let as many people as possible know about your excellent services.

If you want to succeed in the real estate field, you can’t be a well-kept secret. Others need to know who you are and what you are looking to do. You need an easy way of reaching out into your community and finding the customers and vendors that will help your business thrive. RealtyJoin is the first social networking site for the entire real estate industry.

RealtyJoin is 100% free to the real estate community, and as it grows it will be a tool that will help many vendors and investors in the real estate industry make thousands of dollars by finding deals and customers. Real estate investors, service providers and other professionals are already finding deals and opportunities on RealtyJoin. Realtors are finding new clients, flooring companies are receiving orders, electricians are getting hired by investors, and countless other vendors and investors are benefiting as RealtyJoin grows…simply by posting their profiles. RealtyJoin also keeps members up-to-date on the latest real estate news, ideas, and opportunities, both locally and nationally.

  1. Great concept. The only challenge I immediately see is that some of the best contractors in the industry are not very technoligically savvy — some don’t even have websites. So getting them to join a social networking site may be a challenge, but I definitely see the potential for this to work!

  2. This is such a timely idea. I can see the potential to completely change the way real estate vendors find clients…and how investors conduct their business. Smartest thing they did is make this free.

  3. Great site. Uniquely connects you with your entire real estate investing network you need to be successful.

  4. Luv it! I have been able to connect with people that have given me great information for my properties!

  5. Social Networking is the best way for everyone to keep in touch. As we move forward we are going to see more and more applications and software be developed to help agents, contractors, investors, title companies and other professionals actually manage transactions right from their social networks.
