Great concept. The only challenge I immediately see is that some of the best contractors in the industry are not very technoligically savvy — some don’t even have websites. So getting them to join a social networking site may be a challenge, but I definitely see the potential for this to work!

Social Networking is the best way for everyone to keep in touch. As we move forward we are going to see more and more applications and software be developed to help agents, contractors, investors, title companies and other professionals actually manage transactions right from their social networks.
