Social Media Seminar at SBS

What comes to mind when you think “social media?” If you have been struggling to find competitive advantage in the home building industry and do not know what else you can do to boost business, social media might just be the answer. National Speakers and MIRMs, Carol Flammer and Mitch Levinson will present “Sell More Homes With Social Media” at the Southern Building Show on Thursday, June 4, 2009 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at the Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta, Ga.

The Internet is always evolving and growing; are you using it to your advantage? Social media ties together all of the things that make a successful Internet marketing program including search engine marketing, an effective Web site, email marketing, blogging, and social networking. Flammer and Levinson, both managing partners of mRelevance,  will share case studies of builders and developers who have already taken their businesses online. They will also show you how easy it is to make the smooth transition or improve what you are already doing with Internet marketing.

Carol Flammer, creator of Atlanta’s most successful real estate blog, Atlanta Real Estate Forum, will also show you how to claim a high spot in search rankings using precise placement of keywords, links, and search terms. Flammer says, “Corporate brands are now built online. Are your prospective buyers finding you where they are looking?” She continues, “Better yet, when you Google your name, do you like what you see?”

To see these great speakers and others, register for the Southern Building Show before June 1st, 2009. Browse the Web site for more information about all of the events that will take place at this amazing real estate event in Atlanta!
