Circle 75 Celebrates 75th Sale

Jarenos at Circle 75 Townhomes Circle 75 townhomes in Cobb County has sold its 75th townhome. This sale makes the community 75% sold!

Last month, Julius and Cheche Jareño became the newest homeowners in the Circle 75 community.

The Jareños recently moved to Atlanta from the Philippines and had been renting a townhome at a nearby community. The couple heard about the amazing deals at Circle 75 and toured a model. The Jareños were sold, finding nearly everything they were looking for at Circle 75’s Towns at Crescent Park community.

The Jareños wanted to be in a community with a pool rather then a stand-alone property.  Cheche was partial to brick exteriors and Julius preferred hardwood flooring in the main living areas.

The quality of the building’s craftsmanship was evident to the Jareños and ultimately helped them choose the Avondale floorplan. The couple liked the separate dining space, the big kitchen island and the fireplace.  In addition, they loved the large master bedroom and  found the master bath splendid. The his and her vanities, separate showerand tub and private water closet were just what the couple were looking for.

Most of all, the Jareños loved the location of their new home. The community is private & tucked away from the main road, but very close to the heart of the retail community on Cobb Parkway. They also loved the area’s proximity to Buckhead and downtown Atlanta, making their daily commute to work convenient.

“All of our friends and colleagues are very happy about our recent home purchase,” said Cheche. “They all look forward to visiting us and enjoying our new home as much as we already are.”
