Smith Douglas Hosting Agent and Buyer Events at Paulding County Community

The community’s Grand Opening Agent Event will take place on Tuesday, July 22 and a workshop for first-time home buyers will be held on Saturday, Aug. 9.

The Red, White and FaBLUElous Agent Event will give metro Atlanta real estate agents an exclusive look at this brand new community in Hiram. The First Time Home Buyers Workshop, which is being presented in conjunction with Fidelity Bank, will discuss everything buyers need to know before buying their first home. The event is being held on Saturday, August 9, 2014 and will begin at 10 a.m. with the workshop, which is being hosted by representatives from Fidelity Bank and Smith Douglas Homes. The workshop will cover multiple topics, including Financing, Why Buy New? Working with a New Home Specialist, Working with Your Builder, The Closing and more. After the workshop, attendees can take part in a question and answer session with a panel of experts from 11 a.m. until noon.
