Single Family Home in Convington Offers YMCA Memberships
Richport Properties and the Covington Family YMCA have teamed up to offer new home buyers at Brookline a little something extra - a free YMCA membership! The Richport neighborhood is a traditional community that will offer 94 single-family homes upon completion priced from the $170,000s. Mike Chism, Executive Director of the Covington Family YMCA, said he is excited about the agreement between his organization and Richport. He states, “It demonstrates a unique commitment to fitness and to the local community on the part of Richport. We look forward to welcoming these new members to the YMCA family.” The cottage-style homes at Brookline offer up to 2,300 square feet, and there are options of masters on the main. All homes have wide doorways throughout, and rear- or front-entry garages. Homes feature large front porches where homeowners may relax in the evenings and chat with neighbors, and include gas lanterns, routine lawn care, waste service and exterior maintenance.
