Simpson Earns CPM from IREM

Kairos Development Corporation congratulates Velda Simpson, Property Management Director, for achieving the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

CPM members advance the profession of real estate management and add value to their companies and the properties they manage. In addition to achieving the CPM designation, Simpson, who has worked in property management for over 17 years for Kairos Development, will serve on the IREM board of directors, where she will represent IREM in Washington, D.C., working with senators and lobbyists on IREM’s behalf.

Simpson currently manages over 200,000 square feet of apartment, office, retail and medical space for Kairos. She is a member of the Georgia Board of Realtors and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brenau University and a Masters of Business Administration from Troy State University.
