Silver Summit Properties has been busy this Fall - the company has held Grand Opening and Fall Festival events to mark the beginning of a season of home sales. A Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening Preview Event was held at Silver Summit at Mountain Park in October with more than 150 people in attendance. New and prospective buyers enjoyed Bluegrass Music, a delicious lunch, tractor-drawn wagon rides, wine tastings and more. Silver Summit at Flat Shoals in Conyers hosted its Fall Festival 3-day weekend event in early November. A Wine and Cheese Reception was held Friday evening, a Fall Festival Tour of Homes and Thanksgiving Luncheon on Saturday, and a Tailgate Party at the Clubhouse on Sunday. On November 24th, Silver Summit’s newest community, Silver Summit at Hidden Harbor, will offer a Sneak Preview Luncheon from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., providing an opportunity to tour the model homes and first available homes in this maintenance-free community with country club amenities within the gates of Harbor Club on Lake Oconee.
