Sharp Residential Wins 4 Gold Awards at the OBIEs

Congratulations to Sharp Residential for winning 4 Gold Awards at the 27th Annual OBIE Awards, sponsored by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. The Castlehill plan at Double Branches of Seven Hills, a master-planned community in Paulding County, earned Sharp a Gold Award for Single Family Builder Detached, 100+ homes per year. Sharp Residential’s Blayne Pritchard received a Gold Award for Rookie Salesperson of the Year, as the on-site agent at Bentwater at Winding Creek in Cobb County. The on-site agents at Parkstone in Forsyth County, Michael Vestal and Chris Paradis, won Sharp Residential a Gold Award for Sales Team of the Year.
