Sharp Residential Thanks ReMax 400 North Agents With Luncheon

Sharp Residential welcomed agents from the ReMax 400 North office to a catered lunch held at the Parkstone community clubhouse. Attending agents enjoyed a catered Cajun-style lunch by Chef Kern Chiasson, a tour of the model homes and prizes.

Attending agents participated in a scavenger hunt. Five tokens were hidden in houses throughout the community and each agent who found a token was awarded a crisp $100 bill.

Parkstone is a community of 400 single-family homes priced from the $200,000s to the $400,000s in three distinct neighborhoods. Homes range in size from 2,000 to more than 3,500 square feet. The community features a variety of outdoor amenities including a lake with fishing dock, junior Olympic swimming pool, children’s pool with zero entry and water mushroom, playgrounds, picnic areas and outdoor fire pit, basketball and sports courts, playing field, hiking trail system and a community lodge at The Parkstone Club.
