Sharp Residential Receives CPHB Customer Satisfaction Award

Last Thursday night was a big night for the Atlanta home building industry as the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, Certified Professional Home Builder Program and HomeAid Atlanta honored extraordinary builders and individuals with some of the most prestigious awards available. Sharp Residential was among the extraordinary builders as they were the recipient of the CPHB Customer Satisfaction Award. This particular award is especially significant because it was earned through customers of the builders, not their peers. While it is absolutely an honor to be admired by other Atlanta home builders, it is so much more important for your customers to think highly of you.  As a recipient of the CPHB Customer Satisfaction Award, it is clear that customers are extremely happy with the home buying experience from Sharp Residential and would happily recommend them to a friend, relative or colleague.

The CPHB Customer Satisfaction award is based on an index score made up of a builder’s ranking in nine satisfaction categories. Customers of the builder are surveyed and asked to rank the builder in the different categories: professionalism, scheduling, construction quality, communication, problem resolution, employee and trade contractor, punch list, easier than expected and recommendation rating. These are the same categories used by GuildQuality to determine customer satisfaction. The combined index score represents the builder’s overall customer satisfaction rating, and in order to be the recipient of the CPHB Customer Satisfaction Award, the builder must have the highest index score in their category. Sharp Residential earned the highest score in the over 100 permits category. Congratulations Sharp Residential; the first class customer service you provide is admirable!
