Sharp Residential Honors Top Agent With Luncheon
Sharp Residential recently honored RE/MAX Professional real estate agent Gale Eidelman with a lunch held at her office. Gale was the top selling agent in Sharp Residential’s 2006 very popular agent incentive program, Sharp Bait. At the lunch, representatives from Sharp Residential awarded Gale with $5,000 in American Express gift cards, which brought her winning total for 2005 and 2006 to $25,600. She has been involved in real estate for 14 years, and sold 10 Sharp homes in the last year. During the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association Award winning agent incentive, Sharp Residential came up with their own incentive to get agents more involved. Sharp called their incentive Sharp Bait, and during the promotion, agents who sold a Sharp Residential Home were awarded with an American Express Gift Card. The values of the cards ranged in price with the amount of homes sold. The rewards were as follows: $100 for one home sold in 2006, $500 for two, $1,000 for three, $1,500 for four and $2,000 for five homes sold throughout the year. In addition, agents recieved two complimentary passes to Georgia’s new aquarium each time a contract was written with Sharp Residential.
