Sharp Residential Celebrates Grand Opening at West Park with a Spring Fever Luncheon

A Spring Fever Luncheon was recently held at West Park in West Cobb County. The Sharp Residential community welcomed real estate agents and interested new homebuyers to help celebrate the grand opening of West Park. Those in attendance not only were able to feast on an exquisite lunch catered by Situations Catering, but they were also allowed to tour the fully decorated model home as well as many other homes in the community that were open for viewing. Over 70 people visited West Park, and all agents were given a special gift to promote Sharp’s newest Agent Incentive, Sharp Pay. Homes at West Park are from Sharp’s Classic series and feature an abundance of extra features. Enhancing the elegance of the plans, all of the homes will be three-sides brick with real stone exteriors and carriage-style doors on three-car garages.
