Sharp Residential Agents Relocating

Sharp Residential has done some rearranging with the on-site real estate agents that work in their communities. Rebecka Mendenhall is now serving customers at West Park and Bentwater at Winding Creek while Michael Barsky can be found at Harmony on the Lakes and Olde Heritage – of course they will be continuing to provide the personal customer service you have come to expect from Sharp Residential.

Rebecka has been with Sharp for three years, helping to sell the beautiful, quality construction homes at Harmony on the Lakes. Prior to joining Sharp Residential, Rebecka worked with RMR Realty, where she served as the associate broker/sales representative for the Sterling Builder Group, a new home builder in the Atlanta and Athens markets. She also served as the qualifying broker/owner of Slade Realty, LLC, an independently owned and operated brokerage firm representing buyers and sellers of commercial properties, land sales and single-family residential properties. Before joining the real estate industry in the spring of 2001, Mendenhall worked as a journalist for 23 years. For 21 years, she worked as Senior National Editor on the National Assignment Desk for Cable News Network (CNN).

Michael Barsky is a long time sales consultant with Sharp Residential. He’s been happily employed at Sharp for over 7 years, much of the time has been spent at Old Heritage and Harmony on the Lakes, so he will be extremely prepared to answer any and all question potential homebuyers may have about these Cherokee County new homes. Total, Michael has worked in real estate sales for more than 14 years. In the time that he has been with Sharp Residential, he has sold in seven of the builder’s neighborhoods all across metro Atlanta including Gwinnett, South Forsyth and Cherokee counties.
