Sharon Dover Shares Leadership of RE/MAX Around Atlanta

Sharon Dover, who is the founder of RE/MAX Around Atlanta, has decided to ease her workload by sharing the responsibilities of running the 7th largest Atlanta real estate company with Cleve Gladdis. Dover will continue providing oversight, vision, education and daily input while Gaddis will manage the organization’s day-to-day operations. Sharon Dover is an Atlanta real estate expert, as having been involved in the industry since 1972. She founded RE/MAX Around Atlanta in 1994 and has enjoyed watching it grow every year to become one of Atlanta’s top brokerages. To help local real estate agents reach their potential, Dover established a training academy for RE/MAX agents, where she personally helps new and experienced agents develop and perfect their skills to become superstars in the industry. She also added Five Star Mortgage, which invites agents to fully participate in and understand the mortgage process. There is no question that she has enhanced Atlanta’s real estate industry, and it is definitely time for her to take a break and pass on some of the responsibilities.

So, who better than Cleve Gaddis, who became Dover’s partner in 2007. Prior to his management position, Gaddis led a six-person sales team that closed over $140 million in transactions in the last six years. His leadership abilities really stand out in the Duluth RE/MAX Around Atlanta office, and it is these qualities that make him truly deserving of this amazing promotion. While his prior experience is not exclusively in real estate, he has extensive knowledge the sales industry due to his position as Vice President of Sales in the Midwest for Electrolux Corporation. His innovative thinking is exactly what it takes to thrive in the current real estate market, and he is happy to share his ideas with his colleagues. With this new partnership, there is no limit to what RE/MAX Around Atlanta will accomplish - so expect great things in the coming years.
