Sera Broker Event a Great Success

Real estate brokers and agents from around the Fulton County area attended a sneak peek event at Sera CityHomes at Lindbergh on Thursday, April 17th. Located in South Buckhead at the corner of Piedmont Road and Garson Drive, the event was held in the Sera Sales Gallery. Approximately 30 guests attended the event which featured heavy hors d’oeuvres from VIA as well as an assortment of wine and beer. Hard hat tours were also given of the nearly completed CityHomes. A variety of gift cards to exclusive Buckhead spas and restaurants were handed out, and all those in attendance received a VIP gift. Of the winners were Ramona Dunlap (pictured above with on-site agent Matt Baker) who received a $50 gift card to Roy’s Hawaiian Cuisine. Pictured below is Rachna Puri (also with Matt Baker) who won a $75 gift card to Brock Cassidie Salon. Other winners included Mona Lisa Belcher, Dorothy Evans and Linda Prokay. As part of a new urban village which will include luxury apartments and retail space, Sera CityHomes is within walking distance to the Lindbergh MARTA station and is just a short drive away from downtown, midtown and Buckhead.
