Sean Dade Named Top Co-Op Broker of the Month

Sean Dade of New Homes Realty has been named the co-op broker of the month for October by Morris and Raper Realtors for his outstanding work for Skyline at Lindbergh. Developed by MCL Companies, Skyline at Lindbergh is a new luxury condominium high-rise located in Fulton County that will encompass 220 one- to three-bedroom homes priced from the $190,000s to more than $1 million for penthouses. Dade is a licensed Georgia Real Estate Agent for New Homes Realty, Inc. and specializes in new home sales throughout the metro Atlanta area. Dade will be recognized at the Nov. 1 wine and cheese event which will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Skyline sales center located in Lindbergh Plaza. The next wine and cheese event will be held on Thursday, Nov. 15 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the sales center.
