September will be here before you know it bringing cooler weather, a new school year and the 15th Annual Development of Excellence Awards dinner. This year’s event will take place on September 24th at 6 p.m. Once again, the gala will be held at the Georgia Aquarium. The Development of Excellence Awards Gala is where the best in Atlanta real estate development all come together for one night to recognize exceptional work in the industry. It’s your opportunity to get innovative ideas from industry leaders and make some very important professional connections.

The sold-out 2008 ULI Atlanta Developments of Excellence Awards Program and the impressive array of nominated and award-winning projects and developments generated tremendous pride and enthusiasm among the 1,600 ULI Atlanta members. In 2009, ULI Atlanta will continue this tradition by combining an evening of networking and fine dining with the recognition of the most outstanding development projects within the Atlanta District Council.

A Sustainable Development Award will also be presented, and distinguished leaders and personal achievements will be honored through the Dan Sweat Community Leadership Award and the Frank Carter Community Achievement Award.
