Ryland Homes Unveils New Floor Plan at Ashford Crossing

Ryland Homes is excited to unveil a brand new floor plan at its new community in Sugar Hill, Ashford Crossing. Featuring more than 3,700 square feet of living space, the new two-story Provence plan comes standard with a three-car garage and up to five bedrooms and four full bathrooms.

Like all of the homes at Ashford Crossing, the gorgeous model home is complete with a gourmet kitchen with an oversized island, stainless steel appliances, built-in double ovens, granite countertops and a tile backsplash. In addition, the home has a spacious family room with a stacked stone fireplace, a huge master suite with a sitting area and oversized closet, tile in every bathroom and wide hardwood floors.

Prospective home buyers will have 14 additional home plans to choose from at Ashford Crossing, including ranch and master-on-the-main plans. Priced from the $290,000s, these homes range from 2,500 to more than 3,800 square feet.

Homeowners at Ashford Crossing will have an abundance of amenities located right outside of their front door. The community has an outstanding amenity package that includes a swimming pool, cabana, tennis courts and a playground. In addition, a brand new shopping center is located right at the entrance of the community, meaning a variety of shops and restaurants are just a few steps away. The community is also part of an excellent school district that includes Sugar Hill Elementary, Lanier Middle and Lanier High schools.
