Ross Mundy Custom Homes Holds Grand Opening of Laurel Lake

Laurel Lake ribbon cuttingRoss Mundy Custom Homes recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the grand opening celebration of their exclusive country club community in Newton County, Laurel Lake. Homes in the Covington new home community are priced from $215,900 to the mid $300,000s. Nearly 40 people attended and toured the model home.

The 44 new homes within Laurel Lake are built with options for personalization; just as all homes by Ross Mundy Custom Homes. Home buyers have a variety of home plans to choose from ranging from 2,100 to 2,950 square feet of living space. Plans are available with designs that include spacious master suites with sitting areas, children’s retreats, private studies and bedrooms on the main among other things. The three- to five-bedroom homes feature two-car garages and an elegant array of features to make each home truly distinctive.

One of the highlights of the community is the location surrounded by the Desmond Muirhead designed championship Indian Creek golf course and country club.
