Rocklyn Homes Starts 2014 with Strong Sales

Rocklyn Homes started 2014 off with a bang, as the new home builder saw strong sales throughout the first 30 days of the year. More than 20 new homes were sold during the month of January in Rocklyn’s many metro Atlanta communities. Currently, Rocklyn Homes is building in seven communities that are located in Gwinnett, Forsyth, Cobb and Barrow counties.

Gwinnett County

Story Farms, a townhome community in Norcross, features two, three and four bedroom, two-story homes that are priced from the $150,000s. Home buyers will have four of Rocklyn’s most popular floor plans to choose from, and they will enjoy living a maintenance-free lifestyle here, as all lawn maintenance and water and sewer charges are taken care of by the homeowner’s association.

The Enclave at Old Peachtree, Rockln’s newest single-family home community, will have only 28 carriage-style homes upon completion. Located in Lawrenceville, the homes are currently being offered at grand opening prices that start in the mid $200,000s.

Home buyers can find new townhomes at The Townes of Avondale in Buford. There are four distinct floor plans available with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and a two-car garage, and they are priced from the mid $100,000s. Buyers can also receive an incentive of up to $5,000 to use towards upgrades when you use Rocklyn’s preferred lender.

The first townhomes at Watermark, a new community in Buford, are now available for walk-through. These large townhomes have three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms with the option to complete the fourth bedroom and third full bathroom. Currently, grand opening prices for these homes start in the high $190,000s and there is a home buyer’s incentive of $7,000 that can be used any way you want it when you use Rocklyn’s preferred lender.

Forsyth County

Suwanee new homesChampions Run, a new community in Suwanee, offers Craftsman-style single-family homes that are priced from the $300,000s. There are nine distinct floor plans to choose from that have just under 3,000 to more than 3,700 square feet of living space with three to six bedrooms. The most recent phase of homes at Champion Run sold out in record time, and a new phase will open this fall. In addition to the beautiful homes, the community has resort-style amenities that include a swimmg pool with a mushroom waterfall, tennis courts, a community playground, a clubhouse with an outdoor fireplace, a sparkling lake and relaxing green spaces.

Cobb County

The new townhomes at White Oak in Smyrna feature two-story, award-winning floor plans that are priced from $200,000 to $205,000. For the final opportunities that are now available in this community, home buyers can receive $5,000 off of closing costs when you use Rocklyn’s preferred lender, as well as a $1,000 design allowance. In addition, agents can receive a $1,000 selling broker’s bonus.

Barrow County

The Falls of Braselton was voted Barrow County’s top-selling community in 2011. The beautiful, traditional single-family homes are priced from the $160,000s with three to five bedrooms and options for a game room, media room or sunroom. The community also has many resort-style amenities, including a swimming pool, tennis center and clubhouse.
