Richport Properties Now Accepting Presales at Davis Oaks

The sales center, located just down the road from the community, is now open and will showcase renderings of the front elevations at Davis Oaks, various floor plans that will be available, and the luxurious features that will come standard in all homes. Visitors to the sales center may also recieve more information about Richport Properties’ next community in the area, Roe’s Crossing.  This community, which is not slated to begin until Davis Oaks is near completion, will offer 33 town homes with similar interior designs and features as Davis Oaks.  The town homes at Davis Oaks will include two-car, rear-entry, drive-under garages; decks and porches; gourmet kitchens with granite countertops; hardwood floors throughout the main level; and unfinished basements that can be built out for a home office, home theatre or storage.
