Residents Love the Live, Work, Play Lifestyle at Circle 75

tcp-010The location was convenient, just minutes from I-75 and I-285 and when Caron Rudolph saw the homes and the landscaping at Circle 75-The Towns of Crescent Park, she knew she had found the perfect place to live.

She put signed a contingency contract, put her house on the market and sold it in just nine days.

“Everything worked out perfectly. I’m close to my parents in Buckhead and my daughter and granddaughter in Smyrna. It’s a great location,” Rudolph said.

Circle 75–The Towns of Crescent Park is a community of three-story townhomes located in the Smyrna/Vinings area, near Cumberland Mall, the Cobb Galleria and the Cobb Energy Center.

“What makes us unique is that we are close to Intown and downtown and have an Atlanta address but our residents enjoy Cobb County taxes. Sales continue to be strong, despite the economy,” said Lori Clezie sales agent.

“One of the things that attracted me was that the homes don’t look like the townhomes everybody else is building these days. They’re four sides brick with the look of a brownstone and have hardwood floors, high ceilings, and other upscale features,” Rudolph said.

The brownstone-style townhome have balconies, arched windows and limestone accents. Attention to detail continues in the interiors which feature elaborate millwork with three-piece crown molding, built-in cabinets and bookshelves, trey ceilings in the master bedroom and guest rooms, and recessed lighting in the 10-foot ceilings.

The island kitchens feature stainless steel appliances, 42-inch maple cabinets, and granite countertops. Bathrooms have six-foot tubs with tile surround with mosaic glass, separate showers and double vanities. All three levels of the townhomes are finished.

When complete, the community will have 107 townhomes with three or four bedrooms and three-and-one-half baths priced from $279,900 to the $360,000s. Homeowners Association fees of $150 a month cover landscaping and exterior maintenance and trash pick-up as well as the amenities.

“The amenities are great. The pool area is has an outdoor fireplace, a seating area, stainless steel grills under a trellis. It’s a beautifully designed and landscaped area,” Randolph said.

Other amenities include walking trails, a gated dog park and brick sidewalks throughout the neighborhood.

“It’s a beautiful place to live. I’ve made some wonderful friends here. This is my haven and I love it,” Randolph said.
