Ray Bouley - RelatedFull Circle, an Atlanta-based marketing group focused on residential real estate, has been selected by The Related Group of Florida to brand and market CityPlace, the new high rise development of 3,800 luxury condominiums slated to begin construction near Lenox Square Mall later this year. The multi-million dollar contract gives Full Circle the responsibility of branding the entire CityPlace development and marketing and branding the first tower over the next 20 months.

The Related Group, one of the nation’s leading developers of luxury condos, conducted a national search before choosing Full Circle to brand and market CityPlace.  The development will have more than 3,800 residences in nine towers, which will also include 95,000 square feet of retail space above ground level.

The Related Group’s CityPlace joins other high profile residential developments in Full Circle’s portfolio, including Aqua, a Miami-inspired boutique condominium development in Midtown, and Redding, a 1,581 home master planned community in Forsyth County with resort style amenities.  Full Circle’s reach extends well beyond the Atlanta region to include projects in several Southeastern states as well as the Caribbean and the Bahamas.
