REALTOR Cindy Simpson Closed the Most Homes in 2007

Cindy Simpson, leader of the Simpson REO team, was recently honored as the number one agent for 2007 for Prudential Georgia Realty. Out of nearly 1,500 agents, Simpson and her team shined brightly through the dim 2007 market, grossing nearly $29 million with 204 units closed. The Simpson team averaged 17 closings a month, which is more than what a typical agent sells in a year. At the annual Prudential Realty rewards event this past spring, Simpson and her team were given the prestigious Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award, which symbolizes the fact that she is in the top 1% of over 64,000 real estate agents in North America. We are lucky to have such a successful real estate team here involved with Atlanta real estate, and, being able to do so well in 2007, through the slump in the real estate market, really shows the talent of the team.
