Real Estate Salesperson’s Course Set to Begin in PTC on June 11

Beginning Monday, June 11, the Coldwell Banker Bullard Advantage
School of Real Estate will conduct the 75-hour course required by the
Georgia Real Estate Commission for a person to take the state real
estate salesperson’s licensing exam.

The class will be held three days a week on Mondays, Tuesdays,
and Thursdays from 9 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. for a period of eight weeks.
The location will be Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s Peachtree City/
Fayette County office located at 201 Prime Pt., Peachtree City. The instructor for the course will be Kenn Young.
