Real Estate Course in Newnan Starts on Monday, Sept. 10
The Coldwell Banker Bullard Advantage School of Real Estate will conduct the 75-hour real estate salesperson’s course in Newnan beginning Monday, Sept. 10. The eight-week course is required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for a person to take the state real estate salesperson’s licensing exam. It will be held at Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s Newnan/Coweta County office at 1605 East Hwy. 34 in Newnan.
Classes will be held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 6 - 9:15 p.m.. The instructor will be Pedro Carrillo.
The cost of the course is $450.00, which includes books, and payment must be made in full upon registration.
