Quantum Homes holds ribbon cutting for Hampshire Place

On Tuesday 3/13/07, Quantum Homes held a ribbon cutting and agent luncheon to celebrate the opening of Hampshire Place, a town home community located in Norcross in Gwinnett County. This community, which is priced from the $270,000s, is near The Forum shopping center and Technology Park on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.

Quantum co-owners Jim Salahat and Jacob Cohen cut the ribbon with Hampshire Place agents Valerie Rivers and Joyce Cavener. They stood outside the community sales office. This model is beautiful and shows what Quantum is known best for — high-end upgrades. The model has granite countertops and granite fireplace surrounds, rich-looking cabinents and hardwood floors througout the first level of the home.

The three bedrooms are upstairs at the model, and all of these are decorated very nicely.
