Quantum Homes holds grand opening for Jones Bridge Estates

Quantum Homes recently held a grand opening for Jones Bridge Estates, a small enclave of 27 custom homes in Johns Creek. Priced from $549,900, this community has three-story manor homes with beautiful appointments.

These homes range from 3,500 to 3,700 square feet, and the model is the Providence, which has four bedrooms. Elevators connect all three floors. If buyers close on a house before May 31, they can choose between an elevator or a swimming pool. Homes at Jones Bridge Estates have two-car garages and offer low-maintenance lifestyles.
