There’s so much growth and development going on in Hapeville, a group of Realtors and developers have formed a volunteer marketing group called H.E.A.R.D - The Hapeville Economic Association of Realtors & Developers. The purpose of the group is to collectively market residential real estate which consists of new and rehabbed single family homes, condos, townhomes and lofts. The founding members are Scott Eaves, Greg Rayford and Cami Cojocarescu of Keller Williams Realty/Atlanta Classic, Craig Lawson of McCord & Reeves Realty, Ben Harris of A Choice Realty, Hanwell Holiday Homes, Village Green Properties and Chesapeake Built. HEARD will be hosting open houses on the second Sunday and Fourth Saturday of each month including this Sunday, April 13, 2008.
