Prudential Georgia Expands Roswell Office Space

Prudential Georgia Realty has opened a larger branch office on the Cobb County side of Roswell to accommodate its Cobb/Roswell sales team. One of the newest offices in Prudential Georgia Realty’s 24 metro Atlanta branches, this office recently moved into its permanent facility at 4648 Woodstock Road. The newly constructed facility features approximately 7,000 square feet of office space and has room to expand the 45-agent roster to 70 Realtors.

Managing Broker Scott Simpson is pleased with the new facility. “It’s nearly three times the size of the temporary space we were in while construction was completed and the agents are loving the spaciousness and professional décor. It’s truly a facility worthy of the Prudential Georgia Realty name.”

The new Prudential location is in the Mabry Village Shopping Plaza alongside other well-known business names like Starbucks and FedEx Kinko’s. This new facility is one of two underway for Prudential Georgia Realty in 2008.
