Stonecrest Homes was founded by Charles Heiser, Jr. and Jim Chapman, two respected real estate professionals who bring decades of solid construction experience and business management to the table and are ideally suited to today’s unique market.

Charles Heiser Jr., is the President and CEO of Stonecrest Homes. He brings extraordinary abilities in home design, operational systems and construction management to the company. Charles is a graduate of Purdue University’s Building Construction Management program. He has over two decades of residential development and home building experience and has overseen the construction of thousands of homes throughout the Southeast and the Midwest.

Jim Chapman, an Atlanta native, is the Chief Financial Officer of Stonecrest Homes and is responsible for the company’s solid financial blueprint. He is also the owner of Atlanta’s leading active adult home builder, Jim Chapman Communities.  Jim received an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, which he successfully put to work in creating, developing and building award-winning active adult residential neighborhoods.
