Village Grove in Suwanee, Georgia is the signature community for Touchstone Homes.  The community consists of three unique product styles – estate homes, enclave homes and townhomes along with a commercial centre at the front of the community where you will find the award winning Touchstone Homes Design Studio.  Village Grove is located in the heart of Suwanee, which was voted in the Top 10 best places to live by Money Magazine!  Village Grove is convenient to Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and Interstate 85 for those commuters to Atlanta and surrounded by fine shopping and dining in the Suwanee area.

Village Grove offers living at its finest, with an organized Home Owners Association that covers all amenities and lawn maintenance.  Within the boundaries of this “village” we offer single family homes from the mid $200s and craftsman style town homes from the low $100s. Coventry at Village Grove features craftsman style 3-story townhomes with rear entry alleyway access and 2-car garages.  Coventry townhome floorplans are available in 2-3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, gourmet kitchens with granite countertops and large bedroom spaces.  Coventry townhomes start in the high $100s.

The Enclave at Village Grove features craftsman style cottage homes on smaller lots.  The Huntingdon and Clayton plans are available for pre-sale in the Enclave starting in the mid $200s.  The Huntingdon plan features a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, open floorplan perfect for entertaining. The spacious open kitchen has a large island, granite countertops and an optional butlers pantry.  The master suite it fit for a King and Queen with lots of windows, large master bath and walk in closets.  The Clayton plan is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath with a very open floorplan.

The fully decorated Huntingdon model home is open Friday through Tuesday.  Wednesday and Thursday the model home is open by appointment only.

Directions to Village Grove from Interstate 85, exit 111 (Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road) turn left. Continue on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road and cross Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.  Just past the intersection, you will see the entrance to Village Grove on the left at the Touchstone Homes Design Studio.  Turn left into the community and follow the signs to the Model Home.
