Since the ground breaking of Bellmoore Park in February, anticipation for the master-planned community has been building. With construction slated to begin soon, The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC has released some of its preliminary home designs including the Artisan, Heritage and Vintage collections.
Featuring the Avalon, Beaumont, Compton, Danville and Eastvale floor plans, the Artisan Collection showcases 3,300 to 4,700 square feet of luxury living with up to six bedrooms and three-car garages. The Beaumont and Danville home designs highlight a popular master-on-the-main layout, while the Compton and Eastvale include a guest bedroom on the main level. Buyers of the Artisan Collection can truly personalize their home with upscale options available including prep kitchens, the addition of up to two bedrooms (per plan) and covered porches.
Currently, The Providence Group has released just two of the spacious floor plans that will be available in the Heritage Collection. The Hillside and the Parkside home designs showcase spacious interiors with approximately 4,000 square feet of living space, up to five bedrooms and open layouts that are perfectly complemented by upscale design features. The Providence Group plans to release more home designs in the Heritage Collection soon.
With popular garden-style home designs that include private courtyards and rear-entry garages, the Vintage Collection is sure to be a popular choice among home buyers at Bellmoore Park. Included in the Vintage Collection are the Amhurst, Ashcroft, Crestview, Kentmere and Raleigh. Interiors of these home designs feature approximately 3,500 square feet of luxury living space with up to five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. Additionally, the Vintage Collection floor plans include a variety of options including owner’s suites with sitting rooms and private decks, third level retreats and lofts. The Amhurst and Kentmere also include an owner’s suite on the main level.
Exteriors of all three collections will offer beautiful curb appeal year-round with lawn maintenance included in the HOA dues. Residents will also enjoy an active lifestyle with state-of-the-art amenities that include two pools, a grand clubhouse, eight lighted tennis courts, a five-acre nature park and lots of green space.
Pricing for homes from the Artisan and Heritage collections are expected to begin in the low-$600,000s while homes from the Vintage Collection are expected to be priced from the $400,000s to the $500,000s.
