Pollack Partners to Develop New Apartments in Tampa

Atlanta’s Pollack Partners will build a new $42 million apartment community in Tampa, as part of a joint venture with Florida-based Mainsail Development Group. Construction’s set to start next summer on the new community, which will have 320 one- and two-bedroom apartments. The gated community will be near the fast-growing Westshore area, close to the airport and International Mall. It will have a centrally-located pond and fountain, pool, sun deck, fitness room, club house, club room, media room, deluxe appliances and many more great amenities.

Pollack Partners currently has two multifamily communities underway in Atlanta, with many more in the pipeline.
