Pinehurst/Heron Bay Nearing Close-Out of New Home Sales

Only 18 homes are still on the market in Pinehurst, Brayson Homes’ 129-home neighborhood in Minerva Properties’ resort-styled master planned community which spans the Henry and Spalding County line. Pinehurst, which is in the Henry County part of the development, has a price range from the $180,000s to the mid $200,000s on the remaining available homes in this neighborhood.

Brayson Homes is offering a number of different floor plans, including some of its signature ranch designs as well as new two-story plans. Finished bonus rooms are optional in the ranch homes (per plan), and several basement homesites are available. Prospective homebuyers have two decorated model homes to visit in the neighborhood, and these are open daily.

Residents of the Pinehurst neighborhood in Heron Bay live in a country club community at an affordable price with amenities including a large lake with opportunities for fishing, boating and other outdoor activities. Community life is centered around the 5,000 sq. ft. lodge in Heron Bay, which is also serving as the development’s information center. A verandah and arbor with an outdoor fireplace overlook the community’s aquatic center which has heated pools including a junior olympic-sized swimming pool, zero entry pool with splash fountain, water slide and a mushroom forest. The 18-hole championship golf course, which was designed, developed and is managed by Canongate Golf Clubs, recently has a clubhouse with a pro shop and grill, a driving range, and a practice range. Other amenities include lighted tennis courts, children’s play park, sports field, and miles of nature trails which are adjacent to the Cubihatcha Outdoor Center, a county nature trail system and preserve. An additional swim and tennis center is in the planning for the future. Located on Hwy. 155 approximately five miles from Exit 216 of Interstate 75 and just 30 minutes southeast of downtown Atlanta, Heron Bay is situated along the eastern shoreline of the 1,100-acre Cole Reservoir. Pinehurst at Heron Bay is directly across from the community’s lodge and aquatic area.
