Pet Friendly Amenities - Part 2

As mentioned in Carol Flammer’s post last month, Atlantans love their pets and often pet happiness and lifestyle are major considerations when purchasing a home. In addition to the amazing communities Carol previously mentioned, Tributary at New Manchester is another community with pet friendly amenities.

With a variety of parks and activity centers located throughout, homeowners at Tributary at New Manchester face tough decisions over where to spend their leisure time; but for four-legged residents, the decision is a tail-wagging simple one. The developers of Tributary have built three special destination parks, called Pooch Parks, linked to homes by tree-lined sidewalks. These parks are dedicated to everything dogs enjoy - running free, playing, sniffing out new friends, among other things. The landscaped and fenced parks are decorated with animal-friendly icons which remind residents to leave only paw prints behind.
