PEC Development adds Teresa Schaefer to their Team!

Teresa Schaefer has joined PEC Development as the company’s Builder Programs Director where she will be a liaison between PEC Development Group and the builders in their communities. PEC creates communities to enrich the lives of its residents, which has made it one of the leading real estate and property development companies in the Southeast, and they focus on residential and mixed-use master-planned developments. Not only will Schaefer be responsible for builder management and managing the architectural control process, but she will also be managing the marketing and public relations for the company. PEC is confident that Schaefer will bring value and experience to the company, and Schaefer is “excited to be part of a company with such an outstanding reputation.” Schaefer’s most recent experience is with Jenny Pruitt New Homes Services, and her resume is jam packed with extensive experience in builder programs, including Phoenix Corporation. There is no telling what milestones Schaefer will be able to pass, and we can’t wait to see all that PEC accomplishes with this strong addition to the team.
