Peachtree Residential Wins Silver and Gold at 27th OBIE Awards

Congratulations to Peachtree Residential for bringing home two awards, one silver and one gold, at this year’s Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s Annual OBIE Awards. Sweeping the Best Building Design, Detached Model category, Peachtree Residential received the Silver Award in the $500,000 to $749,999 price category for the Brunswick model at WaterLace in Fayetteville, and first place Gold Award in the $750,000 and above category for the Clearwater model at Windfaire in Roswell. Congratulations again Peachtree Residential as the OBIE Awards are the most prestigious in Atlanta real estate.
