Peachtree Residential Announces Release of New Homesites and Construction of Amenities at the Hampshires

Peachtree Residential Properties is pleased to announce the opening of a new phase of homesites and the beginning of construction on the amenities at The Hampshires, a wooded swim and tennis community in Northwest Fulton County/Alpharetta. Homes are priced from teh $600,000s to $1 million plus.

The new homesites range in size from one to three acres, and many are situated on quiet culs-de-sac. In addition to the new homesites now available, construction has begun on the amenities at the community. When complete, residents will enjoy a swimming pool with cabana, two lighted tennis courts and a playground. The swimming pool and cabana will be open to residents next year, and the playground is projected to be complete this fall.
