Peachtree Residential Now Offering Luxury Town Homes at Sterling on the Lake
Peachtree Residential Properties is pleased to offer an array of luxurious town homes at Sterling on the Lake, a 1,000 acre community in Hall County. Only 16 town homes will be available, and are priced from the $300,000s. Just like the single family homes also available at Sterling on the Lake, the town homes will encompass all of the exquisite, authentic features homeowners have come to expect from a Peachtree Residential home. Such features include 10-foot ceilings on the first and second floors, gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and over-sized islands, and spacious designs ranging from approximately 2,300 to more than 3,700 square feet.
