Peachtree Hills Place Hosts 50+ Council Meeting
Members of the 50 + Housing Council, an Atlanta real estate organization dedicated to the active adult population, had the unique opportunity to visit the upscale retirement community headquarters of Isakson Living’s Peachtree Hills Place earlier this month. Council members met for a site tour and annual election and were treated to a wonderful lunch and dessert buffet that was presented by the outstanding chefs at Peachtree Hill Place’s sister community, Park Springs. Both continuing care retirement communities provide unprecedented amenities and services for their Members and that was clearly evident after tasting the food.
Isakson Living’s Managing Partner, Andy Isakson and Isakson Living’s VP of Sales & Marketing, Anresa Davis addressed the crowd after lunch, explaining that Peachtree Hills Place, Isakson Living’s soon to be constructed 23.3 acre residential community in Buckhead is almost 50% pre-sold (120 homes reserved). They went on to say that the community needs 65% of homes reserved before they can close their construction loan which they are projecting to occur late next year.
When complete the upscale community will include 238 independent residences and 36 skilled nursing and memory care suites. A clubhouse, fitness center and greenhouse are sure to keep Members active and busy. Members will also have access to an on-site health center making any trips to the doctor a breeze.
The Atlanta 50+ Housing Council is a council of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association. The council specializes in catering to the needs of the fast-growing 50+ population making Peachtree Hills Place the perfect venue for its most recent meeting.
