Parkview and Dupont: Two Gems of Atlanta Real Estate

Home buyers looking to be right in the middle of the action should look no further than the Dupont Commons and Parkview II neighborhoods under construction by Atlanta home builder Brock Built.

As the flagship neighborhood in the area, Dupont Commons features craftsman-style homes in Atlanta with gorgeous amenities that separate these homes from the average townhome. The 2,600 square foot, three bedroom, three-and-a-half bath homes offer a formal dining room, kitchen with a butler’s pantry, spacious family room and a large owner’s suite. These are the types of features more often found in single-family homes, but in Dupont Commons, they are the norm for these townhomes.

Three interior units starting at $309,900 and one end unit priced at $319,900 are still available. All of these townhomes have oversized back decks and privacy, due to their location on the outer loop of the neighborhood.

Dupont Commons’ neighbor, Parkview II, is under construction with single-family homes situated just a short drive from Buckhead and downtown Atlanta. But don’t worry about noise; quiet streets and privacy are two hallmarks of the neighborhood.

Brock Built is working on 20 homes in the neighborhood, and while the homes sport great features such as granite countertops, 42-inch cabinets in the kitchen and Moen plumbing fixtures, one of the biggest appeals is the price point.

Prices start at $274,900, a great deal for Fulton County real estate, especially for homes like these with large backyards. Three homes are available now and can close within 30 days, and two more are under construction.

Brock Built also uses a full wrap James Hardie application that includes the siding, shake and trim.
