Parade of Homes Extended!
That’s right, there was such a fabulous turn out that the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association had no choice but to extend the Parade of Homes for two more weekends. This particular home is one that you will see if Bowen Family Homes’ Ashmore community is on your list of places to see, and if you are looking to move to Duluth it definitely should be. The way to navigate these fun weekends of touring new homes is to specifically plan out your route. You can view a map of the homes on parade on the Parade of Homes Web site, and pick and choose the communities you want to hit. If you missed this great opportunity the first two weekends, then mark your calendars for May 3 - 4 and May 10 - 11. These Saturdays and Sundays are the most valuable tool you can possibly have if looking for a new home in Atlanta. It doesn’t matter which area of metro-Atlanta you are looking to move to because builders are represented in all of them - Cobb, Cherokee, Paulding, Gwinnett, North and South Fulton, Forsyth, Coweta, Douglas, Rockdale, Barrow, Carroll and Fayette. The Parade of Homes is exactly what it sounds like - local Atlanta builders have showcase houses from different communities so that you get a great idea of exactly what it’s like to live there.
