Old Fourth Ward Offers Limitless Opportunities for Epic Development

Modern Prairie HomesEpic Development is not only committed to building phenomenal homes, but also to the redevelopment of the neighborhoods we build in, including the Old Fourth Ward.

This past summer, we built our first home in this community; a true modern design located right off of Highland Avenue near Glen Iris Drive. We were attracted to this lot because of its prime location to the shops and restaurants on Highland Avenue as well as the Atlanta Beltline. Buyers loved the location to! We couldn’t even finish framing the house before it was placed under contract!

At that time, we knew additional buyers would also be interested in this historic neighborhood, so we began our search for additional building opportunities. What we were pleased to find was a lot across Highland Avenue on Fortune Street, where we are now finishing a custom modern prairie style home.  Additionally, we have submitted plans for another true modern style home on Glen Iris Drive that is already under contract.

However, it’s not too late to purchase a modern or modern prairie style home from Epic Development in the Old Fourth Ward as we are excited to announce the acquisition of four additional lots!

In addition to building homes in the Old Fourth Ward, the Epic Development team is committed to giving back to the community. We have adopted a portion of the East Side Trail of the Atlanta Beltline, and we recently completed a clean-up day in which we collected more than 30 bags of trash.
